Clinton celebrates Independence Day a little differently than their neighbors. The stage their fireworks on the first Saturday after the Fourth of July traditionally. (this year it is on the second Saturday) The event is held Veterans Athletic Complex on Route 110 across from the High School. The show is organized by the Clinton Fire Union, and donations are accepted at the Fire Station on Main Street.
The town website recommends watching the fireworks at the high school or the middle school. The fireworks are scheduled to start at about 9:00 pm.
