May 25 – Memorial day is celebrated to remember all the people who died while serving in the U.S. Military. To celebrate, go to one of the many parades in New Jersey.
Celebrate Memorial Day by attending the Haddonfield Memorial Day Parade and Breakfast. Breakfast starts at 7 am and runs until 9 am at the Haddonfield American Legion. The parade starts at 10 am at Kings Highway and Chestnut Street. The annual Hanover Township parade will take place on May 25. Before the parade, there will be a commemorative ceremony at the municipal building at 8:30 am. The parade begins at 9:30 am at Whippany Road and Fairchild Place. After the parade, there will be another ceremony in honor of all those who lost their lives defending our country. To honor our veterans Bloomingdale will celebrate Memorial Day with a parade on Monday, May 25. The parade starts at 9 am in Bloomingdale and continues on to Butler.
